Shed your stress at Coal Shed Massage
I'm Louise Kitching a fully qualified, insured and registered with SMA massage therapist in Stoborough, Dorset. My beautiful bespoke cabin awaits you, a former coal shed lovingly converted. Nestled in the shelter of a towering Sycamore tree overlooking open fields and plenty of visiting deer. It is an idyllic place to bring peace and wellness and will leave you feeling rejuvenated and grounded.
Services
I offer bespoke massage for an array of muscular skeletal pain and stiffness to leave you feeling like your walking out in a new body. I use the Jing method which incorporates heated stones, fascial work, trigger points within the muscles, accupressure points, stretches in your treatment.
It is effective for reducing pain and increasing range of motion, if necessary you will be offered some homecare for you to do between sessions. Please see below for treatments and prices.
I work predominantly from home but can do mobile treatments for small groups of 2-6 people, or if you would like work place massage or from your own home this is something that can be arranged.

Up and coming training and events
Lots of exciting things coming in 2025 including going on a Myofascial Rib, abdomen and thorax course which will benefit clients ranging from athletes to helping respiratory ailments like asthma. Lower back pain can also be relived by treating trigger points in the rectus abdominal muscle. As shown in picture, the left is the pain pattern for trigger points in the muscle, hard to believe I know!
I'm very much looking forward to learning this practice more in depth and bringing it forward to those who need it.
We are also collaborating on an amazing retreat hosted by the seaweed bath company Saeseaweed which is based in Studland middle beach. This is in May and I believe there are still a few spots available so get in touch if you'd like to attend.
